3. Order Fulfillment
Sellers must
pack and dispatch confirmed orders within the timeline set by Souq Bangladesh
Ltd. Delays or failure to fulfill may lead to penalties.
4. Returns & Refunds
You must accept
returns or exchanges in line with our return policy. Refunds will be handled
fairly to protect both buyers and sellers.
5. Commission & Fees
Souq Bangladesh
will charge a fixed percentage commission on each successful sale. Other
